Amazing hotel with great amenities like free wi-fi, air conditioning, and a wellness center. On my first stay, the friendly staff even helped me find a valuable lost item. I highly recommend it, and I'm coming back for Christmas!

Modern and fairly clean place, very friendly staff. Comfort queen room with great new decoration, all necessary facilities, fresh fluffy towels.

It was brand-new, great-sized and with a single bed.

It broke down , forcing me to lug my bags up several flights of stairs. Wi-Fi is hit or miss, often disconnecting when you most need it. The bed is harder than what some might prefer, and the noise from the street can interrupt sleep, especially with unofficial gatherings happening below the windows. While the shower is tiled, it gets a bit messy due to the glass panel not fully covering the spray area.

The time we spent in Paris, the hotel was purely functional.
Receptionists a little grumpy but otherwise ok.

nothing except location.
Service was poor.Receptionist spoke poor English.Promised to order a transfer to the airport for 25 euro, instead ordered a taxi and told i have no choice, have to go to be in time for the flight.

Positive, The Comfort Double Room was spacious and clean. I loved the comfy bed and the bathroom was great with a hot shower. The location was perfect, close to metro and main attractions. Daily room service kept everything fresh, and I appreciated the kettle and fridge for morning coffee 🌟

The location is good to go around the opera area. ( Easy to access to the shopping area and sightseeing area. )
At the night time, it looks not so safety.

Big room which is unusual for Paris.
No chance to check in before 2 P.M. even if room is available.

Where it excels and where it fails
The location is amazing just 1 block from the metro with lots of enjoyable restaurants around friendly staff greet you right away.
The shower pressure was disappointing leading to unsatisfying experiences at times also Wi-Fi would disconnect unexpectedly.

It is near to Grand Boulevard station, I like it so much. The staff are all so welcome. The room is good, I like the bed, so comfy. The water is really hot, it is good when it is winter! :) typical Paris hotel, they have all the maps and everything.

Extremely helpful staff, comfortable beds and clean rooms, excellent location made this a good choice. The fact that they have a computer that is ready to go made a big difference to saving valuable holiday time spent trying to get online.
The carpets maybe don't do justice to the rest of the service, because they gave a false impression of a genuinely nice hotel at a great price point.
